Each engagement consists of an evaluation and execution phase. We believe a true partnership needs to share in risk, so costs are limited upfront, and engagements are often project based with guaranteed deliverables.
We want to share in the risk, so this phase is done at little to no cost. We’ll start by confirming the problem and narrowing the list of potential solutions. In many cases the problem is obvious, and the list of potential solutions is small once factoring in criteria such as on-premises vs cloud capabilities, level of internal ownership, and budget. A statement of work (SOW) will be drafted for the final deliverable so it will clearly define the next steps and investment needed to deliver the solution. Your time is well respected, so the process is aimed at being painless and at the very least ensuring you gain clarity on how to solve your problem.
Performing the work outlined in the SOW is where the fun is, because you begin to see real results, and gain confidence that the end goals will be achieved. The project plan given to you will clearly outline the deliverables and timelines, so you know what to expect and when.
